Terms & Conditions Bull9 – Guidelines Platform Usage

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and bull9 ("Company", "we" or "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of the bull9 website, mobile app, games, and all services provided by us.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all Terms stated in this document:

• Registering a new account on the bull9 platform
• Log in to your existing account
• Making any deposit into your bull9 account
• Using any game or feature provided by bull9
• Downloading or using the bull9 mobile app

These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide Bull9, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and Bull9.

2Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bull9 platform is exclusive to users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities. Bull9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is received.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the bull9 platform. This includes one account per full name, email address, phone number, IP address, and residential address. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen and balances withheld.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required information includes:

• Full name as per identity card or passport
• Valid date of birth
• An active email address owned by you
• Active Malaysian mobile number
• Your full current residential address

Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of wins.

2.4 Password Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. Bull9 recommends using a strong and unique password, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), and never sharing your login credentials with anyone. Bull9 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

Bull9 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and select cryptocurrencies. All deposits are credited to your account automatically once payment confirmation is received from the respective payment provider.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current limits are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 for most payment methods
• Daily Maximum Deposit: RM 50,000 unless a personal limit set lower by the player applies
• Limits can be adjusted in your account settings at any time

3.3 Fund Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes once identity verification is complete. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• The account must have completed the full KYC process before the first withdrawal can be processed
• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed
• Bull9 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Bull9 is fully compliant with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Any attempt to use the Bull9 platform for money laundering or other illicit financial activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be immediately closed.

4Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Rollover Requirements

All bonuses offered by bull9 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. In general:

• Welcome bonuses are subject to rollover requirements of 10x to 30x depending on the promotion type
• Free spins won are subject to their own wagering requirements
• The rollover amount is calculated based on total wagers placed, not on wins or losses

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts or different personal details will be considered bonus abuse and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all associated winnings.

4.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a set validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the stipulated period will expire automatically without any compensation.

4.4 Right to Cancel Promotions

Bull9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already in the process of fulfilling their requirements at the time the change is made.

5Game Rules

5.1 Game Results

All games on bull9 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system verified by independent auditors. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure recorded by the system.

5.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical disruption, disconnection, or server failure during an active game session, bull9 will attempt to restore the session and ensure valid game outcomes are accurately recorded. In cases where recovery is not possible, affected wagers will be returned to the player's account.

5.3 Live Casino Games

For Live Casino games with real dealers, outcomes derived from physical gameplay processes (such as card counts or wheel spins) are final once confirmed by the streaming system. Any streaming errors that do not affect the actual result do not entitle the player to dispute the outcome.

5.4 Return to Player (RTP) Rate

The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each slot and table game is stated in the respective game information. RTP is a long-term average value and does not guarantee results in any individual session.

6Player Conduct

Bull9 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. Players are prohibited from:

• Using software, bots, automation, or any other technical method to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system bugs for personal gain
• Intimidating, threatening, verbally abusing, or harassing other players or bull9 staff
• Spreading false or misleading information about bull9 on any public platform
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law

Violation of any of the above rules may result in disciplinary action including warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances and wins.

7Account Closure & Restrictions

7.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Bull9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any unclaimed balance remaining 90 days after the closure request is received will be forfeited.

7.2 Closure by Bull9

Bull9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud and money laundering
• Breach of Terms and Conditions
• Multiple account registration
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Request from a competent authority
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that show no login activity or transactions for 12 months consecutive will be classified as an inactive account. A monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be charged until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

8Liability Limit

Bull9 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bull9 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Bull9's control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password
• Valid game outcomes that result in financial loss to the player

In no event shall Bull9's maximum liability to you exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

9Responsible Gaming

Bull9 takes our social responsibility seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period
• Play Time Limit: Set a maximum playtime per session or per day

10Terms Amendment

• Continued use of the bull9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Bull9 platform. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by bull9 from time to time.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
